The scope of products spans across all brands of BYD, which fall under the responsibility of BYD Automotive GmbH.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the level 2 technical support for Germany and also other markets as required
• Work closely together with the level 1 technical support and the level 2 warranty expert
• Create and hold online training sessions when necessary and support creation of e-learnings and or webinars and tutorial videos
• Work closely together with the quality department and R&D department in China and Hungary
• Ensure on site support during product launches, fairs and other events where product support is required. Also, secure AS support for insurance rating projects is part of the responsibility
• Perform technical pre approvals
• Support analytics of tickets and troubleshooting to identify quality issues and identify the best resolution methods
• Work closely together with the product marketing team
• Perform on site troubleshooting and fault analysis
• Validate and run verification routines for new software or technical resolutions prior to its release

Qualifications:

• Strong automotive technical background including all required certificates to work on HV systems
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive/ E-mobility within importer or OEM.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering or similar
• Organized with communication skills and an understanding of differences between countries, cultures, regulations. Self-learning, the ability to discover and solve problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German, English and Chinese is a must.
• High-level attention to details, time management and accuracy. Proficient PowerPoint and presentation skills.
• Must hold a valid driver license for EU and candidates must be eligible to work in Europe.
