About the Department:

As an essential part of the new energy field, BYD's battery business opening up all linkes in the entire industrial chain of energy from harvesting to storage, and to application. The Battery Aftersales department at BYD Germany is dedicated to providing prompt, efficient, professional and satisfying services to our customers, making our products the best choice.

For BYD Germany , we are looking for new colleagues with the sense of responsilibity and enthusiasm. As a battery maintenance staff, you will work in a team and get a lot of chances to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow the maintenance process documents to repair and do the self-test.

• Complete the daily maintenance plan as required.
• Assist in establishing quality standards for battery testing and repairs.
• Assist in refining battery testing and repair procedures with process engineers.
• Conduct quality acceptance inspections during the repair process.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

• Graduation from vocational training in electrician or related field. Or a full-time Bachelor in science or engineering.
• Full-time work experience in a manufacturing field is preferred; work experience in production or after-sales service is preferred.
• English proficiency required; German or Chinese is a plus.
• Acceptable for business trips for about 4 months per year.
