Monitoring of deliveries and collections, clarification of delivery and collection difficulties, shipment handling and
entry in compliance with legal requirements and process instructions, shift work

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Tägliche Planung und Organisation der einzusetzenden Fahrzeuge aus der zugelassenen Frachtführerliste unter Beachtung der Produkt- und Sendungsanforderungen
• Mitarbeit bei der Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten Regelungen, Abläufe und rechtlichen Anforderungen
• Mitarbeit bei der Überprüfung und Erstellung der notwendigen Dokumentation bei Inkasso Sendungen
• Mitarbeit bei der Disposition des Fuhrparks
• Vollständiges Briefing und Debriefing der Nahverkehrsfahrer und Übergabe/Übernahme der entsprechenden Sendungsdokumentation
• Abfertigung der Sendungen in das Purple Netzwerk
  

Ihr Qualifikationsprofil:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Transport & Logistik von Vorteil, Quereinstieg möglich
• Englischkenntnisse
• Fundierte Kenntnisse operationeller Abläufe
• Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
• Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten/Schichtdienst
• Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität

Die Vergütung erfolgt nach dem gültigen Flächentarifvertrag sowie der GBV Entgeltordnung.
