For the Aesculap division at our Tuttlingen location, we are looking for a Head of Global Marketing (f/m/d) - Sterile Technology within our Global Marketing department.

Duties and responsibilities:

• You will assume overall responsibility for marketing and product management for the Sterile Technology product segment
• You will be responsible for the elaboration of strategic goals, the definition of operational goals and the management of implementation
• You communicate these goals to the markets in cooperation with colleagues from Global Marketing and related areas as the basis for joint implementation
• You will design a future-proof development and expansion of the product portfolio with regard to indication-oriented product and service concepts based on current and future customer needs and in active cooperation with the regions / countries
• You will create marketing campaigns on key topics in the field of sterile technology and manage the international rollout on our internal and external multimedia channels
• You will lead the preparation, monitoring and control of new product launches
• You will advise and support the local sales and marketing organizations in the implementation of strategic objectives
• You will be responsible for budget planning and adherence as well as monitoring of sales and contribution margin targets
• You ensure compliance with the process flows as well as the normative and regulatory requirements in accordance with the integrated management system
You define departmental goals and objectives and provide leadership, coaching and support to team members in achieving goals and objectives

Professional competencies:

• You have a degree in business administration or medical-technical studies
• You have several years of sound professional experience in medical technology with a focus on international marketing and sales (ideally with international experience and management responsibility)
• You have good knowledge in the field of sterile supply in hospitals
• You have a technical understanding of cooperation with R&D and production
You are business fluent in English, other foreign languages are desirable

• You have strong problem-solving skills and strategic foresight combined with the ability to translate customer requirements into solution-oriented product and service concepts
