Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Experience with Google product experts to develop and deliver innovative advertising solutions.
- Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate in German fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions with local stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders among the largest international Retail and eCommerce players in Germany to understand their core business issues and marketing objectives.
- Structure clear, long-term joint strategies, such as Joint Business Plans (JBPs), and lead cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Support to drive client success and achieve shared goals.
- Deliver innovative commercial growth solutions across the entire Google product suite, focusing on Search, YouTube, and Measurement to help clients meet their business objectives.
- Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, quantifying high-impact opportunities with clear, actionable insights.
- Drive thought leadership projects and act as a bridge between sectors and clusters to ensure that innovations and best practices are effectively scaled.
