MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• Experience in IT Internal Control (ITGC), IT Governance or IT Audit
• Experience in IT budget planning, execution and cost control
• Understanding of IT operations, access control and system change management
• Experience with web-based systems and UI frameworks (e.g., JavaScript; MiPlatform/Nexacro) is a plus
• Experience with SAP or ERP-based budget control is a plus
• Strong analytical, documentation and reporting skills
• Fluent in English; Korean is a plus

Your tasks

• Establish and maintain IT internal control (ITGC) processes aligned with group policiesimprovement
• Support and prepare and support internal and external IT audits
• Manage audit findings, corrective actions and follow-up evidence
• Monitor IT access control, change management and system operation controls
• Plan/Initiate, manage and track annual IT budget
• Control IT cost execution and perform budget forecasting
• Support and coordinate with HQ for various projects approval, reporting and variance analysis
• Review and prepare management reports on IT control status and budget performance
• Identify and maintain IT policies, procedures and documentation
• Support standardization and continuous improvement of IT governance processes
