Zweck & Gesamtrelevanz für die Organisation:

Administrative und operative Unterstützung des Account Operations Special Services Teams in Uffenheim. Beitrag zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs bei Retouren-, Reklamations- und Serviceprozessen sowie zur Optimierung der Kundenzufriedenheit.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

• Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Retouren- und Reklamationsfällen im CRM-System (z. B. Salesforce)

• Pflege und Dokumentation von Kundenanfragen sowie Unterstützung bei der Datenqualität

• Vorbereitung von Unterlagen für Gutschriften und interne Abstimmungen

• Unterstützung bei der Analyse von Reklamationen und Ableitung einfacher Handlungsempfehlungen

• Mitarbeit bei der Kommunikation mit internen Schnittstellen (z. B. Logistik, Sales, Produktmanagement)

• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Reportings, KPI-Auswertungen und Präsentationen

• Mitarbeit bei Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung im Bereich Account Operations

• Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft (E-Mail-Bearbeitung, Datenpflege, Nachverfolgung offener Fälle)

Kenntnisse, Fertigkeiten und Fähigkeiten:

• Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint)

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

• Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

• Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung

• Analytisches Denkvermögen und Interesse an Prozessoptimierung

• Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

Benötigte Ausbildung und Erfahrung / Mindestanforderung:

• Laufendes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder vergleichbar

• Erste praktische Erfahrungen (z. B. Praktikum, Werkstudententätigkeit) von Vorteil

• Interesse an Operations, Customer Service oder Prozessmanagement
