About us

MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Your profile

  • Enrolled student in a degree program in economics, psychology, sociology, human resources, or a comparable field.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • Very good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Friendly demeanor and team player.
  • Meticulous work style with attention to detail.
  • Very good MS Office skills.
  • Motivated to contribute new ideas and suggestions for improvement.
  • Experience with Korean culture or other Asian cultures is desirable.
  • Openness to diverse activities in HR.
  • You are available for 6 months and can work minimum 20 hours per week during the lecture periods

Your tasks

  • Support general HR administration for the HR team.
  • Assist with employee data management and documentation.
  • Support the coordination of meetings, interviews, and HR programs.
  • Provide administrative support for ongoing HR initiatives (e.g., internal HR activities, or improvement process).
  • Support the preparation of internal HR communications and announcements.
  • Create reports on various HR metrics for personnel management.
  • Involvement in various ad-hoc projects.
